About the event
This is a 4 week strength and conditioning training progression for ages 9-13 along with soccer skills development after.
Every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-7:30pm from July 11th to August 3rd (8 total sessions).
5:30-6:30pm Athletic Development
6:30-7:30pm Soccer
The first hour will be focused around general athletic development by utilizing proper technique and additional assistance equipment like resistance bands, med balls, and reaction pods. The second hour will be geared towards their technical soccer skills including individual skills and team play.
Things to bring with to each session:
- A pumped up ball
- Cleats and shinguards (recommended, but not required)
- Water
Price: (includes all 8 sessions)
$100 for athletic development or soccer skills
$150 for both

Strength and Conditioning
The first hour only (5:30pm - 6:30pm) to focus on general athletic development (i.e. strength, speed, agility, etc.) $100 with payment due 1st session.
